New York-based female wellness entrepreneur Dria Murphy has had a major presence in the Hamptons this summer. Murphy, who founded creative brand building company Alise Collective in Montauk four summers ago, not only curated the Weekend Essentials Mini Bar at a Hamptons hotspot, she also brought the ness from NYC to Montauk.

We caught up with Murphy to learn more about her East End endeavors.

You curated the Weekend Essentials Mini Bar at The Surf Lodge. What wellness and beauty goodies does that feature?

DM: The Weekend Essentials Mini Bar features so many amazing beauty brands, you can find the full list here. Alise Collective curated the mini bar to include everything you might need for a weekend in the Hamptons and it's all complimentary for weekend guests! Some of my faves include: LivOn Labs Vitamin C packets to help boost your immune system after a late weekend night; Briogeo shampoo and conditioner because I always forget to pack that on vacation; Caudalie beauty elixir because there is nothing better to spray your face with on a hot day by the beach; byHumankind mouthwash tabs - love the sustainable packaging and so handy!; Love Wellness goodies, my girlfriend started this amazing company; Amika dry shampoo is the best to refresh; SnowFox Skincare soothing sheet masks are amazing post-sun; and Shiseido aura highlighter because summer skin is all about being glowy for me.

When on a fabulous getaway, what are some of the wellness and beauty products that you cannot leave the house without?

DM: Vitamin C packets from LivOn Labs, Energy Boosters from Well Told Health, Resurfacing Mask from Tata Harper, Face powder from LaPrairie, and Sunscreen from Elta MD.

How about must-haves for summer in the Hamptons?

DM: Straw hat for sun protection from Golden Edit, VieVité rosé, renting luxury fashion from Villageluxe for events, Sunday Forever tanlines candle for the ultimate summer scent, and a Cynthia Rowley wetsuit.

You've also brought the ness, Tribeca's new invite-only studio, to the Hamptons this summer. Tell us a little bit about the ness?

DM: The ness is an exclusive boutique fitness studio with beat-based trampoline cardio and muscle-sculpting classes. It's currently invitation only (to jump the waitlist, use referral code "Dria") so the small class setting is more like a private session with your friends than your average fitness class. I think New Yorkers are craving a place of stillness that doesn't sacrifice a challenging sweat. The studio is light-filled, airy and feels like home. The founders and I felt strongly about bringing the ness to the hamptons for the first time because it is where a lot of our clients go during the summer.

Where will the ness be popping up and what can class-goers expect?

DM: The ness popped-up out East for the first time this summer to bring our signature sculpt to The Surf Lodge Sanctuary, Gurney's Montauk and Gurney's Star Island, Hero Beach Club and Serena & Lily. It's a focus of ours to maintain the method and have a class feel like it would if you were in the studio, but it was so much fun to have people experience the ness outdoors! Sculpt is so amazing because it can be brought anywhere and done with little to no equipment.

Besides the ness and The Surf Lodge, what are some of your summer highlights?

DM: I've been coming out to the Hamptons for seven years now and it's truly a home away from home. Each summer I get the chance to bring together people from different parts of my life - family from the West Coast included. Summer to me is being able to walk to one of my favorite restaurants, Crow's Nest, watch the sunset, surf at Ditch Plains, eat lobster cobb salads at Duryea's and enjoy the quiet and nature on my deck.
