Agawam Park in Southampton will serve home to a unique yearly outdoor fine art show, Art in the Park, presented by the Southampton Artists Association (SAA). The 19th Annual Art in the Park will take place from Saturday, July 13 and Sunday, July 14 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

"There truly is something for everyone at this fine art show. It is a great time to come to the Village, stroll in our park and check out the Village restaurants," SAA Board member Danielle Leef explained.

The exhibition will highlight works from more than 40 artists, whose work ranges from paintings on oil to acrylic to watercolors to pastels to photography, which will be available on metal, canvas, and framed work along with matted prints.

2019 Art in the Park participants include Bobby Alan, Grant Babis, Alex Benjamin, Dennis Bontempo, Ned Butterfield, Susan Corbelletta, Bart DeCeglie, Matt DiBernardo, Mary Dombrowski, Tim Dourava, Helen Halverson, Linda Hartman, Lynn Herbert, Kaream Jones, Isack Kousnsky, Ulrike Kreiner, Corinne Lavinio, Danielle Leef, James Levison, Jackie Maloney, Gina Mars, Philip Michaels, Susan Phalieros, Diane Pinkston, Lyn Pisciotta, Vladimer Prodanovich, Bernaden Rafael, Juan Reverberi, James Sabiston, Joy Schwartzman, Samantha Signorile, John Von Orsouw, Chloe Wang, Joni White and Vera Worthington.

WEHM will be streaming live from Art in the Park on Saturday, with some awesome giveaways.

For those looking for something more personal, there will be a caricaturist onsite to commission works right then and there.

Admission to Art in the Park is free.

"Come and meet the artists and support local fine art," Leef added.

SAA, a not for profit organization that was founded in 1988, is comprised of professional and amateur artists, with several award winning artists among them, who reside from Southampton and beyond. Southampton Artists Association offers four annual shows at the Levitas Center for the Arts, as well as Art in the Park. The organization also presents a collective members show at Town Hall in Southampton every December and January.
