For the first time ever, the Madoo Conservancy's Much Ado About Madoo Garden Party and Garden Market will be an all-day affair.

Typically, the Garden Party is held the eve before the market, but for its ninth iteration, the soiree and market will be held on Saturday, June 15. The festivities will commence with the Garden Market from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the sunset cocktail party will follow from 6 to 8 p.m.

"As we're celebrating our 25th anniversary as a public garden we've pulled out the stops for Much Ado About Madoo this year," Alejandro Saralegui, The Madoo Conservancy Director, shared. "We've brought in new vendors for the market like The Salting, Alhambra Lifestyle and Fireside Hound."

As per usual, the Garden Market will feature a highly coveted selection of exclusive dealers that specialize in everything from garden furniture and accessories to rare plants to garden antiques to gourmet foods, and more, which will be showcased in the majestic Madoo gardens.

"We'll have lunch and refreshments available for purchase from Bridgehampton's L&W Market," Saralegui noted. "It's a great free shopping experience in a beautiful garden!"

The shopping extravaganza will still be on display during the enchanting cocktail party, which will also feature the beloved live auction that will boast items from leading artisans including John Derian, Frances Palmer, Vladimir, Clare Potter and Madoo's founder, Robert Dash.

"The Much Ado About Madoo cocktail party is on Saturday evening, which should make it more popular than ever and Jamie Niven will, of course, be auctioning off chicken manure!" Saralegui revealed. "The other lots are equally intriguing, a stay at a brand new hotel in Paris, a wonderful painting by Robert Dash and beautiful objects from John Derian, Frances Schultz, Vladimir Kanevsky and Clare Potter. It's all so covetable!"

Madoo: A History in Photographs, Celebrating 25 Years as a Public Garden will also be on display. Housed in Madoo's summer studio, the exhibition encompasses a selection of photographs, published book and magazine features, and original artwork from the archives of Robert Dash that were curated by Southampton-based landscape architect Perry Guillot, who resided at Madoo during the summer from 1987-1994.

Tickets to the Much Ado About Madoo garden party are $300, $250 for Madoo members, $150 for those under 35. Proceeds from Much Ado About Madoo will support the Sagaponack-based non-profit's programming, as well as the maintenance of the site's incredible gardens.

The Madoo Conservancy was founded by artist, gardener, and writer Robert Dash in 1967. The organization is committed to "the study, preservation, and enhancement of Madoo."

The Madoo Conservancy is located at 618 Sagg Main Street in Sagaponack. For more information, visit www.madoo.org.
