We all know that summer, the Hamptons and rosé go hand in hand - so much so that everyone was freaking out about the rosé shortage a few summers ago.

If you're all about the rosé all day, get ready to try one of the latest variations, which is the brainchild of Bon Jovi, his son, Jesse Bongiovi, and acclaimed French winemaker Gérard Bertrand.

After spending time in the Hamptons, Bon Jovi, who owns a home in East Hampton and is part owner of the Blue Parrot in East Hampton, and his son decided to launch their own premium rosé wine label, Diving into Hampton Water.

"Creating this wine with Gérard was just as creative as collaborating with another songwriter, Gérard uses his talents and wine knowledge just like a gifted musician," Bon Jovi said in a press release about the wine. "And working with my son on this has been an amazing experience."

The father/son team set out to "unite the essence of the relaxed lifestyles of the Hamptons and the South of France" and capture the "bon vivant lifestyle."

"We'd tried rosé from everywhere," Jesse explained. "But when we visited Gérard, we realized that there is an entire coastline in France that is producing some of the best-kept secrets on Earth."

Diving into Hampton Water is described as "a fresh and lively rosé, with distinctive minerality, featuring Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre, grape varieties characteristic of the French Mediterranean region."

"For me the connection between wine and music is organic," Bertrand added. "I want to create a link between the emotions that spark off a great song and good wine. They elevate each other."

This won't be the Grammy-award winning musician's first go at winemaking. The Bon Jovi Wine Collection, which features a 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, is currently sold out online.

And, the best part? You won't have to wait until summer to test it out. Diving into Hampton Water is expected to be available before spring 2018, and will retail for $25 a bottle.

So, will you be toasting to rosé season with Diving into Hampton Water?
