The fifth annual Cutchogue Bed and Breakfast Holiday House Tour will take place on Saturday, December 9. The tour, which is self-guided, will begin at 11 a.m. when the houses open. The stops featured in this year's tour are: Cedar House of Sound B&B, Sannino Vineyard B&B, Blue Iris B&B, and Fig and Olive B&B.
"It's a way for us to give back to our community by opening our bed & breakfasts and spreading the holiday cheer," shared Lisa Sannino of Sannino Vineyard and B&B.
The event is a chance to wine and dine with friends and family while also giving back to the community. On the tour, one can also meet Santa and enjoy a hayride at Huhoski Tree Farm. At the farm, visitors can cut down or pick out a Christmas tree (if they've not yet gotten theirs already!)
Each stop on the tour includes drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts provided by local restaurants and vineyards so to create a "full sensory experience" in each home. Seasonal gifts will also be available for purchase and a portion of all the ticket proceeds will be donated to help provide families with a turkey dinner for the holidays.

"A portion of the proceeds will go to local families in need," Sannino explained. "We will be supplying frozen turkeys for the holidays through CAST Community action of Southold. We are also collecting for the Toys for Tots program, that will be distributed to North Fork Children." Attendees will be able to drop off the toys in a designated collection box.
Food and drinks will be provided by Bay Breeze Bistro, Scarola Vineyards, Sannino Vineyard, Plated Simply, Jamesport Brewery, Sparkling Pointe
, Farmers Kitchen, Little Oak Wood Fired Oven, Ammirati's, and Waters Crest Winery.
The houses will accept guests no later than 3:30 p.m. The tour is rain or shine so it is recommended that one dress accordingly with the weather - and with plenty of walking and stair-climbing in mind.
Tickets are $75 and must be purchased in advance. The tour is currently sold out, but there is a wait list one can join.
