Sip Your Way Into Fall With These Autumn Inspired Cocktails

Forget the pumpkin spice latte, it's all about these autumn inspired options.

Spiced Chai & Maple Punch: (Crafted by John Henderson of The Happiest Hour)

 • 1 part Apple Cider
 • 1 part Hard Cider
 • 1 part strong Chai Tea
 • 3/4 part Lemon Juice
 • 3/4 part Maple Syrup
 • 2 parts Water or Sparkling Water
 • 2 dash fees West Indies Oange Bitters
 • Apple Slices, for garnish
 • Lemon Slices, for garnish
 • Cinnamon Sticks, for garnish

Directions: Combine all ingredients in punch bowl and ladle into cups over ice.

Brockmans Berry Fresh:

 • 2 oz. Brockmans Gin
 • 1 oz. Lejay Lagoute Triple Sec
 • .75 oz. Lemon Juice
 • 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
 • 1 bar spoon of Allspice Dram
 • Frozen Winter Berries, for garnish

Directions: Shake all ingredients together in an ice-filled cocktail shaker; strain into a tumbler of crushed ice layered with frozen winter berries then top with a little more crushed ice. Garnish with a few more frozen winter berries.

Sailor Jerry Ginger Apple Punch:

 • 1 1/2 parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
 • 2 parts Sour Mix
 • 1 part Apple Juice
 • 1 part Ginger Syrup
 • Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
 • Apple Slice, for garnish

Directions: Add ingredients into mixing glass, add ice, shake, strain over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with an apple slice and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

Hudson Maple Old Fashioned:

 • 2 parts Hudson Maple Cask Rye
 • 1/2 teaspoon good-quality Maple Syrup
 • 2-3 dashes (to taste) Aromatic Bitters
 • Apple Slice, for garnish
 • Cinnamon Stick, for garnish

Directions: To an Old Fashioned/rocks glass, add maple syrup and bitters, then ice and Maple Cask Rye. Stir until well-chilled and garnish with a couple thin slices of freshly-sliced apple and a cinnamon stick.

Autumn Spritz:

 • 2 parts Owl's Brew Mulling Spices, (chilled)
 • 2 parts Sparkling Wine, (chilled)

Directions: Combine ingredients into a wine glass and gently swirl to combine.

The Great Maple Pumpkin:

 • 1 1/2 parts Sugar Island Spiced Rum
 • 1 part Maker's MarkŪ Bourbon
 • 1/2 part Maple Syrup
 • 1 Egg White
 • 1 parts Pedro Ximénez Sherry
 • 1 Spoonful Pumpkin Puree
 • 1 part Cream (or Half and Half)
 • Pumpkin Spice, for garnish

Directions: Combine all ingredients and dry shake, add ice and shake again; strain in a lowball and garnish with pumpkin spice.
