Ripped Fitness Presenting Pop Up Hamptons Boot Camp Style Workouts

Upper East Side's Ripped Fitness is coming to the Hamptons this summer to host two weekends of its beloved Ripped Boot Camp.
"We are excited to bring the Ripped experience out East this weekend and next," shared Brian Ripka, founder and owner of Ripped Fitness. "A lot of our clients vacation in the Hamptons during the summer, and have been asking us to come out East so they can keep up with their routine."
Led by three top Ripped instructors, classes will take place at Studio 89
in Sag Harbor on Sunday, August 20 and Sunday, August 27.
"We are looking forward to introducing our boot camp style workout to a new community and seeing some of our favorite NYC and Westchester faces in a new location!" added Ripka.
Attendees can expect a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that features an outdoor boot camp style experience. While Ripped Fitness typically features part treadmill, part strength and sculpting exercises, the Hamptons pop up will forgo the treadmill aspect, yet don't think you're getting out of running/cardio.
Classes will begin at 8:30 a.m. and last 60 minutes. Admission is $40 per class.
