4th Of July Weekend BBQ Mixology Musts

Celebrating Independence Day with these 4th of July inspired cocktails will result in a festive explosion of flavor.

Rosé Season's Frose Recipe:

 • 1 bottle Rosé
 • 3 cups of Ice
 • 1/2 cup Sugar or 1 cup Simple Syrup
 • 8 to 10 Strawberries
 • 1 to 1 1/1 cups of Tequila

Directions: Pour 1 bottle rosé into a pan, freeze until slushie-like, then pour all ingredients into blender. Blend and enjoy.

Chicha Libre:

 • 1.5 oz. Patron Silver
 • .5 oz. fresh Lemon Juice
 • .5 oz. Coconut Cream

Angry Party Punch. (Courtesy Photo)

 • .25 oz. fresh Watermelon Juice
 • .5 oz. Chicha Syrup
 • 3 dashes Tajin
 • .5 oz. Blue Curaçao

Directions: Pour patron, lemon juice, and coconut creams into pilsner glass. Fill half the glass with crushed ice and swizzle. Pack the ice down tightly with the swizzle stick. Pour Chicha syrup, watermelon juice, Tajin, and Campari in a shaker and whip to incorporate. Fill the pilsner glass 3/4 with crushed ice and pack tightly. Pour the mixture around the edge of the ice. Fill pilsner glass to top and mound fresh ice tightly. Pour blue curaçao around top. Garnish with charred pineapple, watermelon ball, and Tajin.

Angry Party Punch:

 • 2 bottles Angry Orchard Summer Honey
 • 6 oz. Vodka
 • 12 oz. Peach Juice
 • 12 oz. White Wine
 • 4.5 oz. Lemon Juice
 • 3 oz. Simple Syrup (1:1 Sugar and Water)

Directions: Build in a large punch bowl and top with Angry Orchard Summer Honey. Garnish with lemon wheels, strawberry slices and peach slices.

 • 1 1/2 parts elit Vodka
 • 1 1/2 parts Dry Red Wine
 • 1/2 part St. George Spiced Pear
 • 1/4 part Maple Syrup
 • 1/4 part Lemon Juice
 • 1 part Seltzer

Directions: Build in a glass and top with seltzer. Garnish with a pear fan and grated nutmeg.

The Watermelon Cocktail:

 • 2 oz. Watermelon Juice
 • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
 • 1 oz. SVEDKA Vodka
 • 1 oz. Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
 • 1 1/2 oz. Sparkling Water
 • Lemon Twist, for garnish

Directions: Pour watermelon juice, lemon juice and vodka into a high ball. Fill with ice. Pour in Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc. Stir. Top with sparkling water and a lemon twist.

The Clase Azul Uncle Sam:

 • 1 oz. Clase Azul Plata Tequila
 • 1 oz. La Pinta Pomegranate Liqueur
 • 2 oz. Orange Juice
 • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
 • Dash of Grenadine

Directions: Shake Clase Azul Plata Tequila, La Pinta Pomegranate Liqueur, Orange Juice and Pineapple Juice in a shaker with ice. Pour into glass and add dash of grenadine.

Fire and Smoke:

 • 2 parts Owl's Brew Radler Wicked Green
 • 1 part Mezcal

Directions: Shake ingredients with ice and pour over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
