Let your taste buds run wild as you eat your way through The Muses Southampton on Saturday, January 21st, during Love Bites, an annual winter Hamptons tasting event where guests can nosh on different dishes from several Hamptons-based restaurants. Honorary Lead Chef Rocco DiSpirito will serve as the evening's host and the benefit will feature bites from numerous local notable chefs and eateries, as well as music by DJ Michael of East End Entertainment. Southampton Village Mayor Mark Epley and wife Marianne Epley are this year's Honorary Chairpersons, with Marla W. Schwenk as Auction Coordinator and Chef Peter Ambrose as Chef Coordinator.

From 6:30 to 10 p.m., attendees will have the chance to sample offerings from Bareburger, Cait's Bakes, Chef Peter Ambrose, Dopo La Spiaggia, Edgewater, Golden Pear, Manna, Red Catering, Saaz Indian Restaurant, Sag Harbor Baking Company, Salt & Bone, The Service Station, Silverspoon Specialties, Smokin' Wolf, Hampton Coffee, Martha Clara Vineyard, Mezcal Kiembock, Montauk Hard Label, Saratoga Water, and Ubons Bloody Mary Mix.

Proceeds from the event will support Katy's Kids at Children's Museum of the East End, which was founded by Brigid Collins and Jim Stewart in honor of their daughter, Katy Stewart, who passed away from hepatoblastoma, a rare form of pediatric liver cancer, at 12-years young. Katy's Kids offers a safe and supportive environment where children, teens, young adults and families who have lost a loved one can grieve and share their experiences.

"The work that Jim, Brigid and Katy's Kids is doing is absolutely vital to families living in the East End," said Steve Long, the President of the Children's Museum. "Every time Katy's Kids meets at the Children's Museum, we are reminded that the role of play in helping kids cope with loss is truly invaluable."

Love Bites will also support The Scarlett Fund at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, which was created by Jennifer and Robert James in honor of their daughter, Scarlett James, who was diagnosed at age 6 with T Cell Lymphoma. The organization supports and raises awareness for pediatric cancer research.

Tickets begin at $125.

A snow date is set for Saturday, January 28th.

The Muses is located at 111 Saint Andrew Road in Southampton. For more information about Love Bites, visit katyscourage.org.
