Fly sky high (or as high as you can bounce), while getting fit and tone during a trampoLEAN session. Celebrity fitness trainer and trampoLEAN CEO Louis Coraggio is bringing the fun-filled workout to the Hamptons this summer. Each class mixes cardio endurance with muscular toning, high-intensity training, and upbeat playlists.
The East Hampton resident and highly sought after personal trainer has created fitness programs for many notable names, including Naomi Watts
, Uma Thurman
and Liev Schreiber
. His trampoLEAN program allows attendees to bounce their way into a beach body, just in time for the peak of the Hamptons season. Each workout class burns an average of 400 to 1,000 calories. Classes include shoulders and butt; Hiit and abs; total body; and Xtrme.
trampoLEAN workouts are open to all levels. Coraggio and his instructors will be teaching weekly classes that are open to the public at Neighborhood House every Sunday and several Saturdays, to members at the Bridgehampton Tennis Club, and to private clients across the East End throughout the season.
