Popular Manhattan Restaurant Opening New Hamptons Outpost

Known for their extravagant Manhattan dining and nightlife experience, Beautique is opening an East End outpost at the Hotel Capri in Southampton. Debuting over Memorial Day weekend, the restaurant will offer the same modern American dishes featuring market-fresh ingredients and classic French technique. Patrons can enjoy dinner or brunch, or pick from the poolside menu while lounging by the pool during daytime hours. A menu of small plates will also be available for those sitting at the outdoor bar and lounge areas during the evenings.
"Along with a great poolside menu of small bites and cocktails, we have fantastic events and programming lined up that will leave guests feeling as though they were transported straight to St. Tropez," shared Bakhshi.
The Southampton spot will showcase a cocktail program created by Charlotte Voisey, a James Beard
-nominated bartender. "After the dinner service, we wanted to create an environment for fun, with an alternative to the club scene for a discerning crowd," noted Bakhshi.
