Nicky Hilton Shares Favorite Post-Workout Smoothie Recipe

"There's a big juice culture in LA, so I've been into juices and smoothies since I was a teenager," noted Nicky Hilton, who refueled with smoothies and fresh juices at the BELLA Pop-Up Juice Bar at SoulCycle in Water Mill.

For the perfect blend of fruit and nutrients, Hilton uses the BELLA's Rocket Extract Pro to make the Bella Berry Smoothie. "It's the perfect little post-workout meal," said Hilton. She told BELLA team members she likes to include bananas in her smoothies because they are high in the "good" type of carbs. Hilton also adds almonds to stay full and satisfied post-workout, as well as add texture to the smoothie.


Bella Berry Smoothie:

Makes 2 servings

 • 5 strawberries
 • 1 banana
 • 1 handful blueberries
 • 1 handful almonds

Directions: Combine all ingredients in BELLA Rocket Extract PRO. Blend until smooth.
