Ditch The Traditional Hot Chocolate For Thorny Cocoa

Spring may official be here, but yet another snow storm is on the way. For Hamptons residents looking for a yummy way to warm up, the Thorny Cocoa is a tasty twist on traditional hot chocolate.
• 6 oz. Bittersweet Chocolate (finely chopped
• 1/3 cup Thorny Rose Red Blend
• 1 cup Milk
• 2/3 cup Water
• Pinch Kosher Salt
• Sugar (for serving)
Bring chocolate and wine to a simmer in a 1 quart saucepan over low heat; cook, whisking, until melted, about 3 minutes. Add water, milk, and salt; bring to a boil, and cook, while whisking 3 minutes more. Pour into 2 mugs and serve with sugar on the side, if preferred.
