The Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center (WHBPAC) will screen Lake Bell's comedy "In A World..." as part of the "Finest in World Cinema" series.

Bell wrote, directed, and stars in the film which follows Carol, an unambitious voice coach who finds herself competing in the merciless movie trailer voice-over world against the industry's top stars who happen to be her pompous father (Fred Melamed) and his protégé (Ken Marino). Bell won the Sundance 2013 Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award for the comedy.

"In A World..." will screen on Friday, October 11, at 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday, October 12, at 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults, $9 for students and seniors, and $5 for WHBPAC Film Society members.

WHBPAC is located at 76 Main Street in Westhampton Beach. For more information call 631-288-1500 or visit whbpac.org.
