The Hamptons International Film Festival (HIFF) is teaming up with the British Academy of Film and Television Arts New York (BAFTA New York), to honor the co-chairs of British production powerhouse Working Title Films, Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner, with the Golden Starfish Award for Lifetime Achievement.

"Honoring outstanding international cinema is the central point of the Festival's mission and Working Title has been a game changer on the international stage," said Anne Chaisson, Executive Director of HIFF. "It is a great privilege to partner with BAFTA New York to acknowledge Working Title and its standout achievements."

Renée Zellweger will introduce the award which is part of the Festival's "Focus on UK Film," a series that highlights new UK productions featuring notable British talent. Zellweger starred in Working Title Films' "Bridget Jones' Diary" movies.

In honor of the duo, "Focus on UK Film" will screen Working Title Films new production "About Time," starring Domhnall Gleeson, Rachel McAdams, and Bill Nighy.

Other "Focus on UK Film" screenings include the BBC America biopic "Burton and Taylor," starring Helena Bonham Carter and Dominic West, and "Effie Gray," starring Dakota Fanning, Emma Thompson and Tom Sturridge, both of which were directed by Richard Laxton. The Festival will also screen Ralph Fiennes' "The Invisible Woman," starring Fiennes, Felicity Jones and Kristin Scott Thomas, as well as many more which will be announced on Wednesday, September 25.

"BAFTA New York and HIFF share similar goals in our commitment to cinema as an art form and to the creative artists behind it. It is without dispute that Working Title is one of the leading production companies in the world," noted Charles Tremayne, Chairman of BAFTA New York.

The 21st Annual Hamptons International Film Festival is Thursday, October 10, through Monday, October 14.
