The Long Journey Home: Nichols Eaglet

This power point presentation and talk will be about the return of bald
eagles to their ancient nesting area - today known as the William Floyd
Estate. The program will also cover eagle biology, the reason for their
decline all over Long Island and the United States, and their remarkable
comeback. This program will be taught by MaryLaura Lamont, Park Ranger,
of William Floyd Estate Fire Island National Seashore. A free program
for adults and families.
