SAA, whose members reside from Southampton and beyond, was established to provide local artists - both professional and amateur - with the opportunity to showcase their works in a gallery setting.

"These dedicated artists show a wide range of style, with several award winning artists among them," shared Dom Lamontanoro, PhD, SAA President.

The not for profit organization, which was founded in 1988, offers four annual shows: a Late Winter Show in February/March, Memorial Day Show, Labor Day Show and Fall Show. Members are also given the chance to have their pieces displayed at the Town Hall in Southampton every December and January. Additionally, SAA presents the Art in the Park show (in July) and the SouthamptonFest exhibition (in October) at Agawam Park.
