Life@Nite: An 80's Summer Blowout, Garden Party With Ina Garten, Matisyahu In The Hamptons, And More

Enjoy a little midweek music from Keith Harkin (at 8 p.m.) and Karaoke with Helen "The Diva" McGuire (at 10 p.m.) at Stephen Talkhouse (161 Main Street, Amagansett, 631-267-3117, stephentalkhouse.com) on Wednesday, August 16. Brett Dennen: The Vacationer Series kicks Thursday off at 8 p.m. and Juice follows at 10 p.m. Friday features An Evening with Paula Cole at 8 p.m. and Strecker Band at 10 p.m., while Saturday showcases Fortunate Youth at 7 p.m., Young Me and The Moons at 9 p.m., and LHT at 11 p.m. On Sunday, it's Dick Dale & Band at 8 p.m. and Reggae Night with Winston Irie at 10 p.m. Monday means it's time for Outrageous Open Mic Night at 10 p.m. and Tuesday brings Mountain Wave at 8 p.m. and Industry Night with Strecker Band at 10 p.m.

The Backyard Restaurant at Solé East (90 2nd House Road, Montauk, 631-668-2105, www.soleeast.com) will host a performance from Amy Duryea and Paul Gene on Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m., Reggae with Winston Irie and the Selective Security Band on Thursday, the Lynn Blue Band on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m., a pool party with DJ Lucas on Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m., followed by Matisyahu at 7 p.m., and wrap up the weekend with a screening of The Royal Tenenbaums during Whalebone Presents Sole Cinema Series on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Join The Ellen Hermanson Foundation for a kick-off party for Ellen's Run on Thursday at Revco (360 County Road 39A, Southampton, www.ellenhermanson.org) from 5 to 7 p.m. Admission is free and the event will feature drinks, bites, a 50/50 raffle and more.

Bronwen Smith, the owner and lead designer of B Floral, and Bethenny Frankel, CEO/Founder of Skinnygirl, New York Times best selling author, and star of The Real Housewives of New York City, are teaming up to host A Golden Cocktail Hour With B Floral And Bethenny Frankel at Southampton Social Club (256 Elm Street, Southampton) on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. The invite only event will feature bites and cocktails, as well as the debut B Floral's new floral jewelry collection of rings, bracelets, and hair accessories.

The Montauk Beach House (55 South Elmwood Avenue, Montauk, 631-668-2112, thembh.com) will have the premiere of Tin Ojeda's Free Jazz Vein, presented by Dirty Movies in association with TV Dinner Motion Pictures, on Thursday. The "tripped out surfing experience" that features some of today's most notable surfers will begin at 8 p.m. Kristine Barilli is spinning on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. On Saturday, it's a rock & roll party hosted by John Varvatos and The Montauk Beach House from 3 to 7 p.m. The invite only event will feature a performance by The Lemon Twigs and a DJ set from Sean Lennon.

Friday night's Smokin' Hot Tunes at Townline BBQ (3593 Montauk Highway, Sagaponack, 631-537-2271, www.townlinebbq.com) will feature Joe Van Asco from 4 to 7 p.m.

Wolffer Wine Stand's (3312 Montauk Highway, Sagaponack, 631-537-5106, www.wolffer.com) sunset concerts will feature Hopefully Forgiven on Friday and Marc Stone NOLA on Saturday. Both performances begin at 5 p.m.

Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina (32 Star Island Road, Montauk, 631-668-3100, www.montaukyachtclub.com) will welcome Sturdy Souls on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m., Chuck E. Band on Saturday from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. and DJ Nadia from 7 to 11 p.m. and DJ Nadia is back on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Swallow East (474 West Lake Drive, Montauk, 631-668-8344, www.swalloweastrestaurant.com) will have The Realm on Friday, The Vibe Theory on Saturday, and Konekt Dat on Sunday.

Headliners at The Surf Lodge (183 Edgemere Street, Montauk, 631-483-5037, thesurflodge.com) will include The Dig on Friday, Jenny Lewis on Saturday, and Con Brio on Sunday.

AM Southampton (125 Tuckahoe Lane, Southampton, www.amsouthampton.com) is presenting a "Battle of the DJs Music Festival - Hamptons Edition" on Friday. The epic competition will highlight beats from DJ Twilo, SmoothCity, DJ Adam Lipson, DJ Erick Valz, and DJ Pete of GeoEvents. On Saturday, Hip Hop's own MA$E will be toasting to his birthday and treating attendees to a performance (his first Hamptons show ever). Guests can expect special guests and surprise performances all night and music by DJ Reach.

On Saturday, throw it back to a decade where big hair, neon, and shoulder pads were all the rage at "the raddest party in the Hamptons" - A.K.A. Sloppy Tuna's (148 South Emerson Avenue, Montauk, 631-647-8000, www.lisloppytuna.com) 80's Summer Blowout Party, with prizes for the best outfit and music by DJ Drazen from 12 p.m. to 4 a.m.

The East Hampton Historical Society is presenting A Garden Party with Ina Garten at the Clinton Academy (151 Main Street, East Hampton, easthamptonhistory.org) on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. Tickets begin at $250 and proceeds will support the Society's community programs and outreach.

DJ Yacine is spinning at Calissa Hamptons (1020 Montauk Highway, Water Mill, www.calissahamptons.com) on Saturday night. The evening will also feature a Fashion Show showcasing Marina St. Barth's latest designs.
