If you have been blaming the pandemic for not going to the dentist, your excuses are over. On Monday, June 1st, Rejuvenation Dentistry in East Hampton (and others) were permitted to resume dental services in accordance with Governor Cuomo's guidelines.

568 pounds of dog food, as well as 227 pounds of cat food was distributed to those in need thanks to Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation and Heart of the Hamptons. “This was a wonderful experience for all of us. The Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation came together with the Heart of Hamptons with an aligned mission of helping families during this time,” Tracy McLaren, SASF Adoptions, Advo-cats (Feral cat TNR program) and Pet Food Pantry coordinator, said.

The Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office, University Police, and Setauket Fire Department took part in a “Thank You Parade” that paid tribute to frontline healthcare workers at Stony Brook University Hospital Staff. The caravan of vehicles, trucks, and motorcycles traveled past Stony Brook University Children’s Hospital in Stony Brook as staff admired the event from the front of the building and from the many windows of the floors above.

Ducklings Rescued From East End Storm Drain

It was a group effort to rescue five ducklings that were stuck in a storm drain on State Route 24 in Riverside. At around 1 p.m. Southampton Town Police were notified about the stranded wildlife. The Town Police, along with Riverhead Fire Department, NYS Encon, and Wildlife Rescue, helped free all five ducklings and return them safely to their mother.

Westhampton Beach Commemorates The Class Of 2020
