Here's where to meet the Easter Bunny when he hops his way to the Hamptons, and where to don your finest Easter Bonnet.

Children's Museum of the East End (376 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton, 631-537-8250, www.cmee.org) says the 2017 Mad Hatter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 8 will be even bigger and better, and if you can believe it, madder than ever before. CMEE will host two sessions of the popular event (Session 1 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with the hunt beginning around 10:20 a.m., and Session 2 from 1 to 3 p.m., with the hunt beginning around 1:20 p.m.) Little ones will absolutely adore the chance to design and decorate their own hats and bags, and of course, the main attraction is scouring through the Museum for "Eco" Eggs that contain treats and other goodies. Reserving a spot in advance is highly recommended.

Ladies' Village Improvement Society of East Hampton (95 Main Street, East Hampton, 631-324-1220, lvis.org) is inviting children 8-years-old and younger to look for golden eggs during their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 8 at 11 a.m. After the pursuit for candy is over, they can pose proudly next to Peter Rabbit with their sweet finds.

On Sunday, April 16, at 9:30 a.m., and again at 11 a.m., join the Refuge and hop on down Peter Cottontail's Trail for a special Easter Egg Hunt.
