The activities kickoff on Friday night with the First Frost Ball at Muse in the Harbor. Stop by for all you can eat hors' devours, an open bar, 50/50, balloon raffle where everybody wins, and a door prize raffle from 6 to 10 p.m.

From 12 to 4 p.m., Bay Street will have free cartoons on the big screen and for those who want to escape the cold, music will be played in the lobby. Make sure you return to Bay Street later for the Mardi Gras Ball beginning at 8 p.m. Joe Lauro's HooDoo Loungers and Gene Casey and the Lone Sharks will bring the sounds of New Orleans to the Hamptons during the festive celebration. "It's a nice ending to a day of Sag Harbor's HarborFrost festival," says Tracy Mitchell, Executive Director of Bay Street Theatre. "Everyone has a blast our Mardi Gras Ball!" Tickets are $15 in advance or $25 at the door.

Finish with weekend with a delicious pancake breakfast on Sunday, benefiting the Volunteer Fire Department.
