Year after year, one of the top New Year's resolutions is to get in shape and lead a healthier lifestyle. If you're looking to jumpstart your fitness routine this January, then take advantage of Hamptons Wellness Week (HWW), which is expanding their annual event into a month-long extravaganza. Based on the premise that balance is the key to life, the program offers four weeks of wellness opportunities focused on fitness, fun, pampering, healing, education, and connecting.

The new Hamptons Wellness Month gives participants exclusive access to a year's worth of mind, body, and soul experiences for just $45. A HWW bracelet allows attendees to individualize their personal wellness goals and practice by ramping up their workouts and then enjoying a little r & r at salons and spas from Hampton Bays to East Hampton.

"This is an amazing deal," noted Amy Leary Cerullo, a HWW participant. "If you're into health, wellness, fitness, or just looking and feeling good, it's well worth the money!"

So far, participating fitness studios include Hamptons Hot Yoga in Bridgehampton, Pure Barre Southampton in Southampton, MARVILfit in Hampton Bays, Elements Fitness Studio in East Hampton, Southampton Hospital's Ed & Phyllis Davis Wellness Institute in Hampton Bays, and Kama Deva Yoga in East Hampton.

HWW participants will also receive 50 percent off unlimited spa and salon services at Blow Hampton in Bridgehampton and East Hampton, Spot on Health + Wellness Integrative Health Coaching, 27 Hampton Salon in Southampton, Hampton Smile Dental PLLC in Southampton, Blue Ocean Spa in Bridgehampton, healthEhabitats, Hamptons Health Concierge, Cohen Family Chiropractic in Southampton, Totum Health in Manhattan, and Symmetry Studio in Southampton.

This year, HWW is also teaming up with the Southampton Intermediate School to offer the January event as a holiday fundraising opportunity. "It just makes sense for the kids to be promoting and benefitting from this community wellness event," explained Kiley DeMarco and Anastasia Gavalas, HWW founders. "We wanted to attract more moms and the school aimed to focus on health. Instead of selling chocolates or gift wrap, the gift of wellness it is!"

Proceeds from Hamptons Wellness Week benefit the Wing It Project (wingitproject.org), a non-profit that supports educational opportunities for children both locally and globally.
