Father's Day is the time to impress dad with your mixology skills by whipping up something that will awaken his taste buds. If you're stuck on summer sips, here's a few to test out.

1. Veuve Clicquot Rich Pineapple Polo Classic:
• 5 to 6 pieces of Pineapple, cut into quarters
• 5 Ice Cubes
• Veuve Clicquot Rich
Place 5 ice cubes in a large wine glass. Add 5 to 6 pieces of cut pineapple and finish with chilled Veuve Clicquot.
2. Smoky Paloma:
• 901® Tequila
• 1 part Grapefruit Juice
• 1/2 part Agave Syrup
• 2 Chipotle Peppers
• IPA Style Ale
Muddle one chipotle pepper with agave syrup and grapefruit juice in mixing glass. Add 901® Tequila and shake vigorously over ice. Strain into collins glass filled with ice. Top off with IPA Ale. Garnish with skewered chipotle pepper.
3. Nashville Red Eye:
• 1 oz. Jack Single Barrel Rye
• 1 oz. Cold Brew Coffee
• 1/2 oz. Raw Simple Syrup
• 4 oz. Oatmeal Stout
• Coffee Beans, for garnish

Shake first 3 ingredients with ice for 10 seconds to combine and chill. Strain into chilled Snifter already containing the 4 oz of Stout. Float coffee beans on top of foam.
4. Splash Bay St. Bourbon:
• 1 part of Dad's favorite brand of Bourbon
• 1 part of Splash Bay St. Ginger
Mix 1 part of Dad's favorite brand of Bourbon with 1 part of Splash Bay St. Ginger. Serve on the rocks in a highball glass or shaken and straight up in a martini glass with a lemon twist.
5. Sand Bar:
• 1.5 oz. Appleton® Estate Reserve Blend
• 4 oz. fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
• .5 oz. Galliano Herbal Liqueur
Build ingredients, shake and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Top with Galliano and garnish.

6. No. TEN Watermelon:
• 1.25 oz. Tanqueray No. TEN
• 3 oz. fresh pressed Watermelon Juice
Add fresh pressed juice and Tanqueray No. TEN to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain in cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with piece of fruit.

7. Shelter Island Sunset:
• 2 1/2 oz. Soltado Tequila
• 1/2 oz. Lemon
• 1 1/2 oz. Strawberry Puree
• 3 1/2 oz. Mango Puree
Combine all ingredients in mixing cup with ice; shake; strain and pour into a tall, iced glass; garnish with a fresh strawberry.
