After you bring her to brunch or cook her breakfast in bed, keep the Mother's Day celebrations going with one of these festive cocktails, because we all know she deserves an all day fête.
1.
Belvedere Jamboree:
• 1.5 oz. Belvedere Peach Nectar
• .5 oz. Lillet Blanc
• .5 oz. fresh Grapefruit Juice
• .5 oz. fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 bar spoon Apricot Preserves
• Grapefruit Twist,
for garnish
Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Mother's Day Martini:
• 2 parts
Pinnacle® Original Vodka
• 1 part
DeKuyper® Triple Sec
• 2 parts Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
• Lime Wedge,
for garnish

Directions: Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Midori® Sangria:
• 1 part Midori® Melon Liqueur
• 1 1/2 parts Red Wine
• 1 part Lemon Juice
•
Chopped Apple or Pear
• Lemon-Lime Soda
• Orange Wheel,
for garnish
Directions: Fill a tall glass with ice. Add Midori®, red wine, and lemon juice and stir from the bottom of the glass. Add chopped apple or pear and top with lemon-lime soda. Stir gently from bottom of the glass and garnish with an orange wheel.

Cruzan® Brew Berry Mojito:

• 1 1/2 parts Cruzan® Strawberry Rum
• 1/2 part Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1/2 part Agave Nectar
• 5 parts Blonge Lager
• 3 Fresh Strawberries
• 8-12 Mint Leaves
Directions: Muddle strawberry, mint and agave nectar in a tall glass. Add lemon juice, rum and ice and shake. Add beer, shake lightly, and strain over ice into glass of choice. Garnish with a halved strawberry and sprig of mint.
5.
Aperol Spritz: (From Dante in New York, NY)
• 3 Parts Cinzano Prosecco
• 2 Parts Aperol
• 1 Splash of Soda
Directions: Pour the Prosecco, Aperol and a dash of soda into an ice-filled balloon wine glass and stir. Garnish with an orange slice.

Rosé Cooler: (Created by Live Happy Inspired)
• 2 oz. Hangar 1 Straight Vodka
• 1 oz. Rosé Wine
• 1 tsp Elderflower Syrup
• 1 1/2 tsp Rose Water
• 4 oz. Soda Water
• 1/2 Lemon
Directions: Pour 2 oz vodka over ice in a glass. Add Rosé wine, elderflower syrup, rose water and lemon juice. Top with soda water and stir.

Appleton Swizzle:
• 1.5 oz. Appleton Estate® Signature Blend
• .75 oz. fresh Lime Juice
• .5 oz. Demerara Simple Syrup*
• Mint,
for garnish
• Fruit,
for garnish
Directions: Shake and strain all ingredients into a Collins glass. Add mounds of crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig and fruit of your choice.
(*Demerara Simple Syrup: In a saucepan, bring 2 parts Demerara sugar and 1 part water together to a boil. Simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Let simple syrup cool completely before using.)
