Blueberries For Brunch:
• 2 oz. Jura 10
• .75 oz. Lemon Juice
• .75 oz. Maple Syrup
• 7-10 Blueberries, for garnish
Muddle blueberries. Add Jura 10, lemon juice, blueberries, and maple syrup to shaker with ice. Strain and add one large ice cube. Garnish with blueberries.

• 5-6 large Ice Cubes
• 1-2 slices of Grapefruit
• 1-2 sprigs of Rosemary

Place five ice cubes in a large wine glass, add slices of grapefruit, top with Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé, and finish with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
• 1 oz. Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Bitter
• 4 oz. Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé
• 2 oz. Izzie Grapefruit Soda
• Ruby Grapefruit Slice, for garnish
Build directly in large wine glass over cubed ice. Garnish with grapefruit slice.
Moët Red Ruby Cooler: (Created by Ben Potts of Beaker & Grey, Miami)
• 4 oz. Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial
• .5 oz. Lemon Juice
• .5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
• 1 oz. Soda Water
• 1 bar spoon Simple Syrup
• 1 bar spoon Campari
• 5 Basil Leaves, (1 for garnish)
• 2 Grapefruit Slices, (1 for garnish)
Add all ingredients except for champagne, press basil lightly with back of bar spoon, add ice, add Moët Ice Imperial, stir lightly to incorporate, garnish.

• 1 oz. Creme Yvette
• 1 oz. Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur
• 1 oz. Caffe Borghetti
• 1 oz. Espresso
• 1 oz. Mascarpone
• Orchid, (1 for garnish)
Mix all ingredients except mascarpone with ice in an Irish Coffee mug. Top with mascarpone cheese and garnish with an orchid.

• 1 oz. Novo Fogo Silver Cachaca
• .5 oz. Fernet-Branca
• .75 oz. Lemon Juice
• .75 oz. Honey
• 1 Strawberry
• 1 Orange Slice
Muddle strawberry and orange slice in tin. Add remaining ingredients to tin. Shake. Strain into coupe and top with prosecco. Garnish with a flower.

• 2 oz. Deep Eddy Vodka
• 1 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1 oz. Honey Syrup (1 part honey, 1 part water)
• Splash of Sparkling Wine
• Sugar, for garnish
Sugar rim your glass. Combine first three ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake to combine and chill. Strain into a cocktail coupe and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a thin lemon twist.
