• 2 oz. Patrón Silver Tequila
• 5 oz. Bloody Mary Mix*
• Lime Wedge, for garnish
• Celery Stalk, for garnish
Combine ingredients in a mixing tin or pint glass and "roll" the drink by pouring it back and forth between the two. Strain onto fresh ice in a collins glass. If you like, rim the glass with kosher salt or a specially spiced rim of your choosing. Garnish with a lemon wedge and celery stalk.
*Bloody Mary Mix:
• 4 oz. Tomato Juice
• .5 oz. fresh Lemon Juice
• Dash of Worcestershire sauce
• Dash of Tabasco
• 1 tsp Horseradish (optional)
• Kosher Salt, to taste
• Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
Directions: Add all ingredients into shaker and mix.

• 1 Part DeKuyper
® Coffee Brandy
• 1 Part Pinnacle
® Original Vodka
• 3 Parts Cream
Build over ice, stir gently and serve.
Mula de New England:
• 2 oz. 1800 Silver
• 1 oz. Ginger Beer
• 1 tsp Chipotle Pepper
• .5 oz. Cane Sugar
• .5 oz. fresh Lime Juice
• Pinch of Cilantro
Add all ingredients except ginger beer into shaker. Shake and double strain into iced Collins glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with cilantro.

• 1/4 oz. Orgeat
• 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz. Dry Curaçao
• 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
• 1/2 oz. White Rum
• 3 oz. Sam Adam's Rebel Juiced IPA
• Fresh Mango or Pineapple, for garnish
• Mint, for garnish
Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake. Strain into wine glass, add ice and garnish with fresh mango or pineapple and mint.
Grilled Grapefruit Paloma:
• 2 parts Hornitos® Plata Tequila
• 1 part fresh Lime Juice
• 3/4 part Ginger Sage Syrup*
• 2 dashes Angostura® Bitters
• Top with Grapefruit Beer (appx. 1 part)
• Grapefruit, for garnish

Combine all ingredients except grapefruit beer in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice and top with grapefruit beer. Garnish with a grilled grapefruit slice.
*Ginger Sage Syrup:
• 1 part Water
• 1 part Sugar
• 4 Sage Sprigs
• 1 Ginger Slice
Directions: Combine equal parts sugar and water with 1 ginger slice and 4 sage sprigs and bring to a boil to create ginger sage syrup. Allow the mixture to cool.
Falcon Vodka Lemonade:
• 3 cups Seedless Watermelon Pieces
• 3 Lemons, juiced
• 1/2 cup Vodka
• 1/4 cup fresh Mint
• 2 cups Sparkling Ice Essence of Lemon Lime

In a blender, puree the watermelon and lemon juice, strain through a sieve into a drink pitcher. Add mint, vodka, and Sparkling Ice Essence of Lemon Lime - then stir. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint.
• 1 oz. Casamigos
• 1 oz. Tomato Juice
• .5 oz. fresh Lime Juice
• 4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 dashes Firewater Bitters
• 1 Pinch of Salt
• 1 Large Ice Block mixed with Basil, Lemon, Serrano
• Splash of Mexican Beer
• Tajin Salt Mixture, for garnish
Add all ingredients into rimmed pint glass. Add large ice block. Top off with Mexican Beer.
