Vince Lombardi Trophy, we still think the matchup between
Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers verses
Peyton Manning and the
Denver Broncos will be an entertaining one. So sit back, sip on one of these cocktails and enjoy.

1.
The Effen Vodka Beast:
• 1 1/2 parts Effen Black Cherry
• 1/2 part Vanilla Simple Syrup
• 2 parts White Cranberry Juice
• 1/2 part Fresh Lemon Juice
Directions: Shake and strain all ingredients over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with brandied cherries.

Sack the Quarterback: (Created by Cassandra Rosen)
• 1 bottle of Soltado Tequila
• 8 cups Apple Cider, chilled
• 1 large bottle Ginger Beer (750 ml), chilled
• 3 bottles dry Hard Cider, chilled
• 1/2 cup fresh Lemon Juice
• 5 dashes Scrappy's Orange Bitters
• 1 medium Orange, sliced thin
• 1 Apple, sliced thin horizontally (discard seeds)
• Star Anise and Cinnamon Sticks for garnish
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl, stir. Top with orange slices, apple slices, cinnamon sticks, and star anise. Ladle into punch glasses, serve. Serves 20+.

• 4 oz. fresh Orange Juice
• 1 oz. Honey Syrup*
• 1 Sapporo Premium Light
• 2 to 3 dashes Orange Bitters
Directions: In a tall cocktail glass add orange juice and honey syrup, top with Sapporo beer and orange bitters. Stir gently with bar spoon and garnish with orange slice.
(*Honey Syrup: in a small pot over medium heat, combine 1 cup honey and 1 cup water and stir lightly until dissolved)

Carolina Blue Julep:
• 3 oz. Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Moscato
• 3 tsp Seltzer Water
• 3 sprigs fresh Mint
• 1/4 fresh Blueberries (optional)
• Extra large Mint Ice Cubes

Directions: To make mint ice cubes, tear up about 8 mint leaves and freeze with water the night before. Muddle six mint leaves, powdered sugar and seltzer water in a glass or cocktail shaker. Add Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Moscato and shake or stir lightly to mix. Add ice cubes to your serving glass, pour drink over the ice and garnish with the remaining mint.
(Entertaining Tip: For a Carolina Panther's inspired cocktail, muddle a 1/4 cup of blueberries with your mint leave mix.)

Jalapeño Endzone:
• 1 1/2 parts
Hornitos Plata Tequila
• 4 parts Mexican Lager
• 1/3 part Lime Juice
• 1/3 part Simple Syrup
• 1 slice Jalapeño
• Salt Rim
Directions: Muddle jalapeño in a glass with a salted rim, combine remainder of ingredients except Mexican lager in a shaker, shake vigorously, strain over fresh ice and add Mexican lager.

Bacardi Cuba Libre:
• 1 part Bacardi Gold Rum
• 2 parts Cola
(Note: Can be substituted for Diet Cola)
• 2 Lime wedges
Directions: Fill a highball glass with ice. Then squeeze 2 lime wedges over the ice and drop them into the glass. Pour in the Bacardi Gold Rum, followed by chilled cola and give it all a gentle stir.

Jägermule Punch: (Created by Flinn Pomeroy, Sweetwater Social)
• 125 oz.
Jägermeister
• 42.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
• 37.5 oz. Ginger Syrup
• 35 oz. Bigelow Orange & Spice Tea
• 60 oz. Soda Water (add to taste)
• 2 whole Oranges sliced into very thin discs
Directions: Combine Jägermeister, lime juice, and ginger syrup to punch bowl. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil and add 5 tea bags of Bigelow Orange & Spice. Remove water from heat and allow too steep for 6 minutes (You will have more tea brewed than you are actually going to use.) Add 35 oz. of Bigelow Orange and Spice tea to the punch bowl. Stir punch vigorously. Add soda to taste. Top entire punch with sliced orange discs. Serve over ice in traditional Mule Tins or in another receptacle of your choosing.
