The start of July means Sharkmania is here. Whether the thought of a close encounter with the powerful apex predator fascinates or terrifies you, here are four aquatic themed cocktails to sip on as you're glued to your television watching Discovery's
Shark Week coverage.

1.
Fins Up:
• 1 part
Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka
• 1 part
DeKuyper Blueberry Schnapps
• 3 parts Club Soda
Directions: Shake first two ingredients with ice, pour into a glass and top with club soda.

Shark Bait: (Created by John Henderson of The Happiest Hour in New York City)
• 2 parts
Maker's Mark Bourbon
• 1/4 part Cherry Heering
• 1 dash Chocolate Mole Bitters
• 1 2x2 Cola Cube*
• 3/4 part Soda Water
• Orange Swath
Directions: Place one cola cube into a short rocks glass. Add Maker's Mark, bitters, and soda water. Drizzle Cheery Herring over the top of the ice cube (which will slowly sink to the bottom of the cocktail for bloody effect). Stir briefly to incorporate and place an orange swath over the surface of the drink.
*Cola cube: Freeze Mexican Coca-Cola overnight in a 2x2 ice cube tray.

Q Summer Storm:
• 5 oz. chilled
Q Ginger Beer
• 2 oz.Dark Rum
• 1 oz. chilled Pineapple Juice
• 1/4 oz. fresh Lime Juice
• 1 Pineapple slice, for garnish
Directions: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add rum and lime juice and shake well. Pour the Q Ginger Beer into an ice-filled highball glass and then top with pineapple juice and then the shaken rum. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

Shark's Tooth:
• 2 oz.
TY KU Coconut Sake
• 1 oz. Rum
• 1 oz.
Cointreau
Directions: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add TY KU Coconut Sake, rum and Cointreau and shake well.
