Whether you're actually Irish or just enjoy a good St. Patrick's Day celebration, here are eight festive cocktails to sip on as you let the luck of the Irish be with you.
1.
The Black Opal: (Created by Jacques Bezuidenhout)
• 1 1/2 oz. Partida Reposado
• 1 1/2 oz.
Guinness Draft
• 1/2 oz. Tawny Port
• 1/4 oz. Agave Nectar (Cut with equal parts water)
• Dash of Angostura Bitters
Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled wine glass or small pint glass without ice. Garnish with some grated or ground cinnamon powder.
(Guinness Note: Take a pint of Guinness before hand and use a bar spoon to stir it up for about 30 seconds. This removes some of the Co2.)

The Blarney Stone:
• 1 part
Pinnacle Chocolate Whipped Vodka
• 1 Dark Beer

Directions: Add shot of Pinnacle Chocolate Whipped Vodka into your beer for a true creamy taste.

Irishman in Hawaii:
• 2 oz. Azzurre Vodka
• 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
• .25 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
• .75 oz. Melon Liqueur
• Pineapple Slice for garnish
Directions: In a rocks glass, combine all ingredients and lightly muddle basil leaves. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

Hornitos Green Mexican:
• 1 Part
Hornitos Plata Tequila
• 1 Part
Midori
• 4 parts Sweet and Sour Mix

Directions: Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add Hornitos Plata Tequila and Midori, fill rest of glass with sour mix, and garnish with an orange slice.

Cruzan Good Luck Punch:
• 1 750ml Bottle Cruzan Strawberry Rum
• 6 parts Fresh Lime Juice
• 24 parts Ginger Ale
• 6 Rosemary Sprigs
• Rosemary Ice Blocks
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve.

Leprechaun's Limeade:
• 1 1/2 parts Cruz Tequila
• 1 part Fresh Lime Juice
• Lime Wedges
Directions: Muddle limes, shake, pour. Garnish with lime.

7.
Lucky March Mojito:
• 1 part
Skinnygirl Prosecco
• 1 part Light Rum
• 1 teaspoon Agave Nectar
• 3 parts Lime Juice
• Splash of Lime flavored Sparkling Water
• 3 sprigs of Mint
Directions: Shake rum, lime juice and agave nectar in cocktail shaker with ice. Top with Skinnygirl Prosecco and sparkling water, and pour into tall Collins glass. Muddle in mint leaves and enjoy.
8.
Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Shamrock Bellini:
• Flesh of one peeled Peach, as ripe as possible, or 1/4 cup Peach Nectar
• 2 oz. Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Pinot Grigio, chilled
• 2 oz. Club soda, chilled
• 1 sprig Mint, for garnish
Directions: Add the peach flesh to a blender and puree until smooth. Combine the Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Pinot Grigio and the club soda in a wineglass, then add the peach puree. Stir, garnish with mint, and serve.
