Whether you like it shaken, stirred, or neat, National Vodka Day (Saturday, October 4, 2014) is on the horizon. So pick a recipe (they range from a classic martini to fall flavored punch) and raise a glass in honor of the beloved spirit.

1.
Fall Harvest:
• 1 oz.
Sobieski Cynamon Vodka
• 2 oz. Hard Cider
• 1/4 oz. Vanilla Simple Syrup
• 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
• Cinnamon stick for garnish
Directions: In a shaker add all ingredients with ice. Shake and strain into a glass, garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.

Pinnacle High Roller:
• 1 part Pinnacle Original Vodka
• Splash of Olive Juice
• Spritz of Vermouth
Directions: Pour the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with olives.

French Martini:
• 3/4 oz. Lejay Cassis
• 1.5 oz. Vodka
• 3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Directions: Shake with ice and fine strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon zest.

Bolly Good Punch: (serves 6 to 8)
• 10 oz.
Belvedere Lemon Tea
• 14 oz. chilled Chai Tea
• 8 oz. Vanilla Syrup
• 5 oz.
Almond Milk
• 4 Orange wheels
• 5 Cinnamon Sticks
• Grated fresh Nutmeg
Directions: Combine all ingredients in large punch bowl with ice and serve immediately.

The Amsterdam Mule:
• 2 oz.
New Amsterdam Vodka
• 3 oz. Ginger Beer
• .5 oz. Simple Syrup
• .5 oz. fresh Lime Juice
• Sprig of Mint
Directions: Pour vodka over ice. Add simple syrup and lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Spank mint sprig (to release aromas) and add as garnish. Serve in metal mug.
