restaurant in Bridgehampton, will serve delicious locally sourced dishes at The Watermill Center
's Fall International Brunch Series.
"The East End is lucky to have The Watermill Center," explained Chef Weiner. "I inevitably feel richer and more satisfied after every visit."
The final delectable event of the season will take place on Sunday, September 18th at 12 p.m. and will also feature performances and exhibits by the Center's 2016 International Resident artists. The brunch will begin with a special presentation by leading Norwegian resident artist Tori Wranes. Additionally, a performance by Álvaro Restrepo and his dance troupe El Colegio del Cuerpo will take place from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at The Watermill Center.
"The International Brunch Series is an exceptionally unique opportunity for the public to break bread with Watermill's international group of artists-in-residence, active patrons and other members of the community," shared William Wagner, Managing Director of the Byrd Hoffman Water Mill Foundation. "We saw many return guests last year in our inaugural season and are excited to host again this year with Chef Weiner who shares our commitment to sustainable, locally grown food and the culinary arts!"
Weiner has created an appealing family-style menu of seasonal dishes that speaks to a true farm-to-table experience. Guests can look forward to Caesar salad inspired Brussels sprouts, a cauliflower and leek frittata, house-made pickles, buttermilk biscuits, and other mouthwatering options. Each course will highlight local ingredients from neighboring farms and growers, including Quail Hill Farm

Advanced registration for the brunch is required as capacity is limited. Tickets are $75 per person.
