"Patrons can expect The Greenwich to provide something for everyone," said David Schulman. "The restaurant has market driven dishes for every taste; whole roasted dishes (like a rack of lamb and a tuna chop), a raw bar, salads, the list can go on."

The Greenwich will "highlight local food in a simple manner." Its menu will feature seasonally inspired dishes, as well as large table specials like Watermelon Salad, Tuna Chop, Rib Eye, and Rack of Lamb. The dining experience will also include a curated cocktail program by The Mulberry
Project, and an extensive wine menu.
"The goal of the restaurant is to bring the Hamptons a new spot where everyone can feel comfortable and find something on the menu that they will enjoy," added Schulman.
The Greenwich is located at 1020 Montauk Highway in Water Mill. For more information, call 631-726-6200 or visit www.greenwichrestaurant.com.
