This weekend is beyond hot, and I'm not just talking about the 90-degree forecast.
Kicking off a very busy Saturday is Cadillac, hosting a Luxury designer Brunch at the Montauk Beach House. The brunch kicks off the summer concert series that you'll see more about here on Hamptons.com.
Saddle up! Bridgehampton Polo is back starting its annual 6-week see-and-be-seen series this weekend at Two Trees Farm.
TV personality and chef, Andrew Zimmern will be honored by the James Beard Foundation at Chefs & Champagne New York with a decadent tasting party and fundraiser held at Wölffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack.
The Southampton Animal Shelter will hold its Fourth Annual Unconditional Love Dinner Dance Gala.
COACH presents Cocktails At Sunset Benefiting Acria in East Hampton with cocktails beginning at 6:00 pm and dinner at 8:30 pm. The event will be hosted by David Kleinberg and will feature music by Chelsea Leyland.
The 2013 Hampton Designer Showhouse will open with a Gala Preview Cocktail Party on Saturday and will run until Labor Day.
LongHouse Reserve is celebrating its 22nd season and will host their annual Summer Gala, "White Night", at their 16-acre East Hampton grounds.
Supermodel and actress Molly Sims hosts the 2nd Annual St. Barth Hamptons Gala in Bridgehampton.

The Quogue Wildlife Refuge's 7th Annual Wild Night for Wildlife Benefit Gala begins with an exclusive VIP Hour at 6pm at the home of Paul and Jane Dietche in the Village of Quogue. The Benefit will include live music, hors d'ouerves, live and silent auctions.
Rounding out the weekend in Sunday, foodies and wine lovers are invited to "A Taste of Montauk", a new event presented by The Montauk Chamber of Commerce. The feats is from 6:00 - 9:00 pm at the newly-renovated Montauk Downs/360 East Restaurant and features live music by Ocean Dreams.
