1. Pucker Sassy New Year-tini:
Start off the New Year right sipping this sassy sour cocktail.
• 1.5 parts Pucker Vodka
Sour Apple Sass
• 1 part Lime Juice
• 1 part Pear Mectar
• 3/4 part Simple Syrup
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake, strain and pour.

It's going to be a long night so get your caffeine fill in with this tasty cocktail.
• 1/4 cup Espresso
• 2 Tbsp. All-natural Coffee-mate
• 3/4 oz. Vodka
• Ice Cubes
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add espresso, Coffee-mate and vodka.
3. Skinny 'Nog: Polar Seltzer
has released its Limited Edition Seasonal Seltzers including an eggnog flavor so enjoy a delicious drink without worrying about calories.
• 1 oz. High Quality Bourbon
• 1 Spiced Rum
• 1-2 tsp. Maple Syrup or Agave Syrup (optional)
• 2 oz. Whole Milk or Almond
• 4 oz. Polar Eggnog Seltzer
• Crushed Ice
• Fresh Grated Nutmeg or Cinnamon for garnish
Combine all ingredients, except the seltzer, in a blender and process until foamy and aerated (you can froth by hand in cocktail shaker with vigorous shaking). Add crushed ice, and swirl to chill. Strain into a large wine goblet, top with Polar Eggnog Seltzer. Garnish with a grating of spice.
4. Cruzan New Year's Resolution:
Sip on this delicious drink while pondering what resolutions you should make for the new year.
• 1 part Cruzan Black Cherry Rum
• 1 Dash Bitters
• Sparkling Wine
• Lemon Twist
• Black Cherry
Pour rum into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Add a dash of bitters to finish. Garnish by dropping a lemon twist wrapped cherry into the flute.
5. Bubbling Daisy:

• 2 oz. Chipotle infused Don Julio Blanco
• .75 oz. Curacao
• .75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
• 2 Dashes BBQ Bitters
• 1 oz. Champagne
Shake and strain over fresh ice into an large old fashioned glass, rimmed with chipotle salt. Top with champagne.

6. Spicy Gingerbread:
If you didn't get your share of gingerbread during Christmas this cocktail will satisfy your craving.
• 1 oz. Van Gogh Vanilla Vodka
• 1 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur
• 1/2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
• 2 oz. Ginger Beer
• Cinnamon Stick
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake over ice. Pour over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
7. Basil Hayden's Holiday Spice:
This cocktail created by Joaquin Simo will add some spice to any New Years Eve party.
• 2 parts Basil Hayden Bourbon
• 3/4 parts Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1/2 part Maple Syrup
• 1/4 part Amaretto
• 3 dashes Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Grate a cinnamon stick over the top as garnish.
Skinny 'Nog and Hot Caramel Buttered Rum
8. Hot Caramel Buttered Rum:
The perfect drink to start off your New Years Day celebrations.
• 3 oz. Ron Abuelo
• 1 oz. Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka
• 1/4 stick Unsalted Butter (softened)
• 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
• 2 Tbsp. Honey
• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves
• 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
• Cinnamon Stick
Combine all ingredients (excluding rum and vodka) into a hot drinking cup or mug. Mix together with a spoon then add Ron Abuelo Añejo
and Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka. Pour in hot water (1 cup or more to personal taste) and stir vigorously until the mixture has dissolved. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

9. Frosty Chocolate Café:
Satisfy your sweet tooth with this spicy chocolatey concoction.
• 1 1/2 oz. El Jimador Reposado
• 1/2 oz. Kahlua
• 1 oz. Mango Nectar
• 3 Dashes of Tabasco
• 3 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1/2 Cup Ice
• Chocolate Shavings
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in chocolate-rimmed martini glass and garnish with chocolate shavings.
10. The Rio Royale:
Ring in the New Year drinking this cocktail fit for a royal.
• 1 oz. Cedilla
• 4 oz. Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
In a champagne flute, pour in Cedilla, and gently top with prosecco or other sparkling wine. Garnish with a lime zest.
11. Kappa Monkey Business:
Having a NYE party? Make a batch of this easy to whip up flavorful cocktail.
• 1 cup Kappa Pisco
• 1 cup Water
• 1 Gallon Milk (cold)
• 1 cup White Sugar
• 1/4 cup Instant Coffee Granules
• 20 Whole Cloves
• 5 Cinnamon Sticks
• 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract (optional)
Gently simmer the cloves and cinnamon sticks in water until reduced by half (about 30 minutes). Add 1 cup of milk and heat to a simmer. Then stir in and dissolve the coffee and sugar. Strain the coffee mixture into the remaining cold milk, and discard the cloves and cinnamon sticks. Stir in the Kappa Pisco and vanilla extract. Store in the refrigerator until well-chilled (about 4 hours). Serve well chilled (do not serve with ice) in a high glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
12. A Bittersweet Affair:
The end of the year is always a little bittersweet so celebrate with this cocktail created by mixologist Marcos Tello of Tello Demarest Liquid Assets.
• 1 1/2 oz. Ron Abuelo 12 Años
• 3/4 oz. Aperol
• 3/4 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup*
• 1/2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Combine all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Shake hard for 8-10 seconds, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with grapefruit peel. For the enthusiast, start by cutting a long swath of grapefruit peel and express the oils over the drink and place lightly on top.
*Passion Fruit Syrup: Combine equal parts passion fruit puree (preference: Funkin Fruit Puree) and demerara sugar (alternatively, use sugar in the raw or other course grain sugar). Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Bottle in air tight container and store in refrigerator.
13. Effen Toast of the Town:
While Champagne is the traditional New Years Eve take it to the next level with these sweet additions.
• 1 part Effen Black Cherry Vodka
• 1/2 part Raspberry Liqueur
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients except champagne. Strain into a fluted glass and top with champagne.
