At some point during the day you have to put down that Pumpkin Spice Latte - or you'll never be able to fall asleep. If you just can't get enough seasonal sips, here are eight fall inspired cocktails:
Pinnacle® Whipped® Hot Cider:
• 1 part Pinnacle® Whipped Vodka
• 4 parts Apple Cider, hot
• Cinnamon, for garnish
• Whipped Cream, for garnish
First, pour vodka into a heat-proof mug then, fill the rest of the mug with hot apple cider. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish (optional)

• 1 1/2 oz. Soltado Spicy Ańejo Tequila
• 3/4 oz. Fireball Whiskey
• 1 oz. Pumpkin Butter
• 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
• Ginger Beer
• Lemon or Lime slice, for garnish
Shake and pour into glass, top with ginger beer and a lemon slice.
Kim Crawford Spiced Moon Martini:

• 2 oz. Kim Crawford Pinot Noir
• 1 oz. Aged Rum
• 3/4 oz. freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz. Spiced Honey Syrup, warm*
• 1/2 oz. Egg Ehite
• Freshly grated Cinnamon, for garnish
Add all ingredients except cinnamon to a cocktail tin and shake until you feel the mixture foaming. Add ice to the tin and shake hard for 10 to 15 seconds. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve. (Note: The consumption of raw or undercooked eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness.)
Spiced Honey Syrup:
• 1 cup Water
• 1 cup Honey
• 4 Cinnamon Sticks
• Peel from half of Orange
• 6 Cloves
Directions: Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Bring just to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Let cool.
Sauza® Minted Mule:

• 1 part Sauza® Signature Blue Silver Tequila

• 1/2 part Lime Juice
• 3 parts Ginger Beer
• Mint Leaves, for garnish
Add all ingredients to a copper
cup and stir. Add ice to the cup and stir again. Garnish with mint leaves.

• 2 parts Sugar Island Spiced Rum
• 1 1/2 parts Milk
• 1 tbsp Vanilla Pudding Mix
• 1/2 parts Crown Maple Syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
• Cinnamon, for garnish
• Nutmeg, for garnish
• Star Anise, for garnish
Shake and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with grated cinnamon and nutmeg and 1 star anise.

• 2 oz. Mark West Pinot Noir
• 2 oz. Gin
• 1 tsp Ground Ginger
• 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
In a cocktail shaker, mix ingredients and strain over ice into cocktail class. Garnish with a lemon twist. Cheers.
Pyrat Rum XO Reserve Old Fashioned:
• 2 oz. Pyrat Rum XO Reserve
• 1 cube Sugar
• 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
• Lemon Peel, for garnish
Stir and pour over large format ice cube. Garnish with lemon peel.
Sparkling Cherry Bourbon:
• 4 Cherries, pits removed
• 1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
• 1 tsp. Simple Syrup
• 1/2 oz. fresh Lemon Juice
• Sparkling Ice Essence of Peach
Muddle 4 cherries at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add bourbon, simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice- shake. Strain cocktail into a rocks glass and add sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
