Ina Garten Signing Copies Of "Cook Like A Pro" In The Hamptons

If you're hosting a holiday gathering, you might feel the pressure to cook like a pro. Well, luckily for you, and all East Enders, you can find inspiration in Ina Garten's latest cookbook, Cook Like a Pro.

The Barefoot Contessa will be signing copies of her culinary guide, which would make an amazing holiday gift, at BookHampton on Saturday, December 15 at 12 p.m.

In Cook Like a Pro, the New York Times bestselling author and James Beard Award-winning chef offers up an all new compilation of recipes, tips, and techniques that will bolster readers' confidence in the kitchen. Geared towards chefs of all abilities, the Food Network star shares some of her most mouth-watering recipes and top "pro tips" - that cover everything from how to make her custardy, slow-cooked Truffled Scrambled Eggs or achieve the crispiest yet juiciest Fried Chicken Sandwiches. For those looking to really impress guests, there's Ina's Chocolate Chevron Cake, that boasts an "easy yet showstopping pattern" which "your friends won't believe you decorated it yourself!" Not sure how to tell when a filet of beef is done? Ina's got you covered. There's even entertaining tips - like how to curate a chic home bar. For those that prefer to make it ahead - another thing Ina's a pro at - Cook Like a Pro features a Raspberry Baked Alaska that can be prepared completely ahead of time.
