April has been an absolute treat for East End diners. With East End Restaurant Week wrapping up mere days ago, it's time to turn your taste buds onto dishes featured in Long Island Restaurant Week's spring iteration.

From Sunday, April 22 through Sunday, April 29, over 20 Hamptons and North Fork favorites will offer up an exceptional three-course prix fixe menu for just $28.95 - every night, with the exception of Saturday when it might only be offered until 7 p.m.

In the Hamptons, the dining deal will be available at 1 North Steakhouse, Cowfish Restaurant, Centro Trattoria & Bar, and RUMBA Island Inspired Cuisine & Rum Bar in Hampton Bays; Le Charlot Southampton and Union Cantina in Southampton; Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton; Page at 63 Main and Wölffer Kitchen Sag Harbor in Sag Harbor; and Wölffer Kitchen Amagansett in Amgansett.

"We love Restaurant Week here at Union Cantina!" Ian Duke, owner of Union Cantina, said. "It gives us a great opportunity to promote new food and beverage items in addition to all of our favorites."

Other local eateries offering the deal include Stone Creek Inn in East Quogue; Trumpets On The Bay in Eastport; La Plage Restaurant in Wading River; Cooperage Inn in Baiting Hollow; Farm Country Kitchen, Stonewalls Restaurant, and The Preston House and Hotel in Riverhead; Jamesport Manor Inn in Jamesport; aMano Restaurant in Mattituck; Legends in New Suffolk; A Lure Restaurant and The North Fork Table and Inn in Southold; and noahs in Greenport.

"Participating in Restaurant Week gives us an opportunity to connect with the local community and offer a memorable dining experience at a price that fits most budgets. Restaurant Week often brings us first time guests, many of whom are surprised and delighted to learn that we offer a variety of dining options," Claudia Fleming, The North Fork Table and Inn Proprietor and Pastry Chef, noted. "Whether it's a tasting menu, a casual bite at the bar, or a weekend brunch, we want our guests to know that they can come back to The North Fork Table & Inn anytime for exceptional cuisine and service, either for a special occasion, or for a casual evening with family and friends."

"With more than 2.8 million residents and 1,000 restaurants with varied cuisines, concepts and price points, it is no wonder why we started the highly anticipated Long Island Restaurant Week," Steve Haweeli, President of Long Island Restaurant & Marketing Hospitality Group, the business-to-consumer promotions division of WordHampton Public Relations who is responsible for Restaurant Week, added.

So, whether you're excited to return to your weekly spot for a meal at a steal, or use Restaurant Week to explore the East End culinary scene, it's time to start making reservations.

"This year specifically it was much needed," Duke said. "Restaurant Week came at a time where people were fed up with the winter and are excited to get out and embrace the spring. No better way to do that then with tacos and margaritas!"
