The American Culinary Federation's Eastern Long Island Chefs Chapter and Slow Food East End are hosting the first annual S.E.E.D. (Sustainable East End Development)
fundraiser on Sunday, September 28, 2014, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Westhampton Beach Country Club
. The event will bring together foodies, chefs, breweries, vineyards, farmers, and fisherman for an extraordinary evening of food, drink and celebration. Proceeds will benefit Slow Food's Edible Garden Project and ACF's Chefs Move to School, both of which support the farm-to-table movement using gardens created at East End schools.
Lifestyle Personality and Chef, George Hirsch
