Looking to focus on your fitness and wellbeing this winter? Join Gurney's Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa
for a "Wellness Retreat," its new fitness-focused programming.
From Friday, January 18 through Sunday, January 20 you can Vibe Higher with Joanna Cohen and Sarah Levey (Founder) of Y7 - which offers "60 minutes of intensity combined with heat and strength complemented by deep breathing and a calming of the mind."
"This weekend, Gurney's
is thrilled to offer a Vibe Higher retreat hosted by Sarah Levey and Joanna Cohen, the genius brains behind Y7 Studio in New York City
," Michael Nenner, Area General Manager at Gurney's Resorts, relayed.
The curated weekends, presented in collaboration with The Wellth Collective, will run monthly through April. The three-day retreats boast programming such as intention setting, workouts, mindfulness, ayurveda workshops and more - depending on who is leading the weekend. Participants will also focus on their eating habits during group dinners that revolve around healthy options like Grilled Black Sea Bass with forbidden rice or Akaushi Wagyu with Provencal artichokes. And, for those that are looking for something quick, there will be nutritional, wellness-inspired smoothies, created using Lifeway Kefir, available.
"In partnership with The Wellth Collective, Gurney's continues our commitment to wellness with curated retreats that provide guests a weekend of movement and mindfulness at our breathtaking beachfront property," Nenner added.
