The Parrish Art Museum

The program will include a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) docent tour of the Museum's Artists Choose Artists

"We are thrilled to partner once again with OLA, and delighted to make the film program as well as the current exhibition accessible to the Spanish-speaking community of the East End," said Corinne Erni, Parrish Art Museum Curator of Special Projects. "As a center for cultural engagement, the Parrish is committed to outreach efforts and programming that support and reflect the region's diverse cultural heritage."

is an 85-minute documentary written and directed by German Kral that tells the story of Argentina's most celebrated tango dancers of all time: María Nieves Rego and Juan Carlos Copes. Rego (82-years-old) and Copes (85-years-old) met in the 1940s when they were 14 and 17-years-old. Their dancing career together lasted nearly 50 years. In Un Tengo Más,
they reveal their tumultuous life of love and hate, separation and reconciliation, as they tell their story to a group of young tango dancers and choreographers from Buenos Aires.
The docent tour, rum tasting reception, and film are free with museum admission ($10). Additional menu items are available for purchase at the Golden Pear
Additionally, Vengo Volviendo (Here There)
