Southampton Hospital Hosting 58th Annual Summer Party In Support Of Emergency Department

The Southampton Hospital will be hosting their 58th Annual Summer Party on Saturday, August 6th, complete with cocktails, dinner, and dancing. The soiree will take place on the corner of Wickapogue and Old Town Road in Southampton, and benefit the Hospital's Jenny and John Paulson Emergency Department.
Hollis and James Forbes and Marigay McKee and Bill Ford are this year's Benefit Chairs, with Douglas Elliman Real Estate as Corporate Chair.
"As Chairman of the Southampton Hospital Foundation, it is always a pleasure to see everyone at our annual summer party," shared Howard M. Lorber, Chairman of Douglas Elliman and of Southampton Hospital Foundation. "This year's event marks a new milestone as we are approaching the start of a major fundraising campaign, slated to commence in early 2017, to build a new hospital at the campus of Stony Brook University in Southampton. This would not have been possible without the support of our donors and the community, and I look forward to commemorating the success of the Foundation together this weekend."
The benefit will offer a night full of fun under the air conditioned tents, designed by the "imagination and creativity" of Lawrence Scott Events. The evening will start at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails, followed by an elegant, catered dinner at 7:30 p.m. Once dinner has culminated, guests will be invited to dance, with music provided by the Groove Society. Additionally, Chuck Scarborough will be emceeing the event.
The Emergency Department is the sole provider of emergency care on the South Fork, and treats more than 25,000 people annually.
