The festival will kickoff on Friday, February 27th with the Frost Ball Cocktail Party at Muse in the Harbor and continue on Saturday, February 28th with Family Fun Day, when the majority of events will take place. Saturday festivities will include ice carving, fire dancers, fireworks by Grucci, an all star comedy show and visit from Anna and Elsa of "Frozen."
