Culinary Immersion Series

In this culinary immersion series, we will explore the role of what we eat in recovery and treatment of
symptoms associated with women’s cancers. The hands-on workshops taught by Paula Montagna,
MS, RD, CDN will introduce you to topics such as local food and seasonality, self care, meal prep,
mindful eating, and tailoring diet to individual needs.

Workshops take place from 5:30-7:30 PM on Wednesdays October 2, 9 & 16. They will be held at
South Fork Kitchens by East End Food Institute, inside the Student Center at Stony Brook
Southampton University.
