Seafood Sustainability and Sourcing

Wednesday, April 17, 2019

6:30 pm to 8:30 pm

What exactly is “sustainability” when it comes to seafood? There are any
number of different systems and scales out there to measure the
sustainability of various species. How can we make informed choices
about what we put in our body and how that supports the environment?
This is the first session of a three part series. Attendees are
encouraged, but not required, to attend all three sessions. To join AFI
