Lu Jong is an ancient Tibetan movement practice (Yoga) that combines physical exercise and meditation for the purpose of self-healing.

Gentle, flowing movements are combined with rhythmic breathing to strengthen the body and bring balance to your energy.


Appropriate for people of all ages and abilities.


Joelle Kelly is a certified Tibetan Movement Instructor & Educator and a Yoga Alliance registered teacher.
