Things are getting delicious as most restaurants are new adding tasting morsels to their menus that you can finally sample 7 days a week. There are two new hot spots open for business, a celebration at Pacific East, and Dom by the glass at 1770 House. Be sure to splurge on dessert!

La Fondita Opens Seven Days

La Fondita (74 Montauk Hwy., Amagansett [631] 267-8800) will be open seven days a week starting Memorial Day weekend. They will be open 11:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. Sunday - Thursday and 11:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Harbor Bistro Opens For Seven Days

Harbor Bistro (313 Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton, NY 11937 [631] 324-7300) will open its doors seven days a week beginning Memorial Day on Monday, May 28th. The restaurant will serve dinner from 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. In addition, Sunday brunch will be available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Nick & Toni's Open Seven Days and New Menu

Nick & Toni's (136 N. Main St., East Hampton, [631] 324-3550) will be open seven days starting Memorial Day weekend and are also introducing a new menu from Executive Chef Joseph Realmuto. The menu items include Asparagus Milanese with duck egg, pecorino and truffle oil $16, Spaghetti with rock shrimp, asparagus, oregano and garlic $22, Soft Shell Crab with scarlet runner beans and lime aioli $38, Spice Rubbed Rib Eye Steak with roasted Satur Farms baby vegetables and salsa verde $42, and Zeppole with warm gianduia and toasted hazelnuts $14.

Dom by the Glass

The 1770 House (143 Main Street, East Hampton, NY [631] 324-1770) is pleased to announce that it will be serving 1999 Dom Perignon by the glass in honor of Chef de Cave Richard Geoffroys first visit to the Hamptons this Memorial Day weekend.

New Menu Items at Pacific East

Pacific East (415 Main St., Amagansett, NY, 631-267-7770) has added some new menu items to their summer menu. They include: Fresh Costa Rican Hearts of Palm Chopped Salad with rosemary balsamic syrup $15, Turk's and Caico's Baby Conch "Schnitzel" with Meyer lemon $17, Pan Seared Montauk Skate with organic adzuki beans and a vanilla rum reduction $14, Szechuan Grilled Natural 32 ounce Prim Porterhouse with caramelized shallots, ginger, coriander, elephant garlic, and Szechuan peppercorns $80, Pan Roasted Iacono Farms Chicken with wild morels, baby baked fingerlings, creamed spinach flan and Hunan bordelaise $27, and "Big Basket" of Steamed Seasonal Vegetables with jasmine rice and Asian dipping sauces $19. Pacific East is open Thursday through Sunday 5:30p.m. to 10:00p.m. and Saturday till 11p.m. and will be open seven days beginning May 31st.

Pacific East Celebrates 10 Years with Anniversary Bash!

Pacific East (415 Main St., Amagansett, NY, 631-267-7770) is celebrating their ten year anniversary with a cocktail party as a kick-off to Memorial Day weekend on Wednesday, May 23rd from 7 - 9 p.m. Owner and Executive Chef Michael Castino is celebrating ten years serving his award winning Asian cuisine by hosting a cocktail party with complimentary passed hors d'oeuvres and open bar. Turtle Crossing Kicks Off The Summer With New Menu Items & New Hours!

Turtle Crossing (221 Pantigo Rd., East Hampton, 324-7166) will be open seven days stating Memorial Day weekend. Open at 5 p.m. Monday- Friday and serving lunch on weekends starting at noon. Turtle Crossing is also offering some new menu items and drinks this season such as: Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes with red cabbage and carrot coleslaw $14, Pork Tenderloin Skewers with Texas coffee glaze, corn and black bean salsa $12, Yellow Corn Meal Fried Oysters with black bean and plantain smash $12, Shrimp Ceviche with lime, tomato and black beans $12, Mole Rubbed Grilled Chicken Salad with organic greens, tortilla strips, tomatoes, onions $18, and Pear Martini with absolute pear, pear nectar and apple pucker $12.

2 for 1 Tuesdays at WEI FUN

Almondito Open Mondays!

Almondito (290 Montauk Highway, East Hampton, 631-329-6700) will be open on Mondays starting on Memorial Day. Almondito also is offering a three-course prix fixe for $21.95, Thursday- Sunday until 7 p.m. and all night on Wednesday. Almondtio is also now open for dinner at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday -Monday, closed Tuesdays.

Drink Specials With Every Meal

27 Authentic Mexican Kitchen (2095 Montauk Hwy., Amagansett, NY, 631-267-6980) offers drink specials with every meal. Come early for brunch on Saturday and Sunday and receive a complimentary Mimosa or Bloody Mary from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, $2 Corona bottles will be served until 5 p.m. and after 5 p.m. a complimentary shot of Patron tequila will be given with each dinner entrée. 27 Authentic Mexican Kitchen serves lunch and dinner daily with brunch available on Saturday and Sunday.

Raw Bar at Almond

Almond (1970 Montauk Hwy., Bridgehampton, LI [631] 537-8885) will be offering their raw bar starting Memorial Day, Monday May 28th. Menu items include: Half Dozen Littleneck Clams $8, Half Dozen Oysters $11 (each week will feature a different oyster such as Mahopac, Kumamoto, West Scott Bay and Blue Point), Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail $13, Almond Petit Plateau with an assortment of daily fresh shellfish $35, and Almond Plateau Royale with an assortment of daily fresh shellfish $65.

NEW in the Hamptons: MUSE Restaurant & Aquatic Lounge Opens!

MUSE Restaurant & Aquatic Lounge, a new dining establishment in Water Mill, New York (Water Mill Shopping Ctr, Ste 5A, Water Mill N.Y. 11976 [631] 726-2606) opened on Monday, May 21st. The restaurant is the first such venture for chef-owner Matthew Guiffrida formerly of the The Patio in Westhampton Beach, Collage in Huntington and Inn at Quogue in Quogue. Completely revamped and outfitted with a top-of-the-line kitchen, the restaurant features unique design elements yet to been seen in a Hamptons eatery. The aquatic lounge houses a salt-water fish tank bar top, a water wall, window seats, and a candlelit chandelier. The restaurant will be open seven days a week starting at 5:30 p.m.

NEW in the Hamptons: The Patio at 54 Main

The Patio at 54 Main, a new concept at a familiar dining establishment in Westhampton, New York (54 Main Street, Westhampton, N.Y. 11978 [631] 288-4878) will open in early-to mid-June, at the former site of The Patio. Owner Dwayne Kirchner has revamped the restaurant presenting a sleek modern design. Arthur "Chip" Cheek, who has more than 25 years experience, has been brought on board as the general manager. Newly appointed executive chef Katherine E. Kane will be at the helm in the kitchen.

Appetizers items range from $9 to $13 and include: pan seared sea scallops with local roasted corn, fresh cilantro and red pepper coulis; Maryland crab cakes with peppers, and fresh caper remoulade sauce; and Patio Portobello with spinach and pancetta topped with shaved ricotta salata. Entrées range from $17 to $35 and include: grilled sushi grade tuna with sautéed bok choy and soy ginger sauce; porterhouse lamb chops with a mojito reduction; and 14 ounce prime dry aged New York Strip Steak. Desserts range from $7 to $10 and include: Westhampton Beach key lime pie; "chip-wich sliders" a trio of vanilla ice cream sandwiches with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and chocolate sauce with whip cream; and The Patio banana split.

Enjoy an Evening of Italian Adventures at Wildthyme Restaurant and Bar

Wildthyme Restaurant and Bar serves dinner Monday from 6 to 10 p.m., Wednesday through Friday from 6 to 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 5:30 to 10 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.
