' latest exhibition, In Dog We Trust
. The group show, which opened on Saturday, March 3, was inspired by the lunar year of the Dog. It features works by artists who have a connection to the East End, and who also share a mutual adoration and respect for our four-legged friends, including Ani Antreasyan, Jackie Black, Edwina Lucas
, Kathryn Lynch, Kathy Rudin, Dinah Maxwell Smith
, Billy Sullivan
and Kamilla Talbot.

To commemorate the exhibition's theme, Ille Arts will donate 10 percent of sales from the Opening Reception on Saturday, March 17 to Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons
"I can't imagine a better way to celebrate spring, our art community and our devoted four legged friends than getting together on March 17 at the gallery," shared Sara De Luca
of Ille Arts.
Additionally, the Opening Reception, which will take place from 5 to 8 p.m., will also include a few very special visitors, as ARF's adoption van will be onsite with lovable ARFans that are awaiting their forever homes. Klause, a Chihuahua, Kaishly, a Chihuahua mix, Mason, a Hound mix, and Bob, a Beagle, are among expected guests.
"Where else do we get a chance to see inspiring works of art, hang out with friends and meet some adorable puppies?" De Luca pondered. "It's a dream come true!"
ARF, a Wainscott-based non-profit organization, was founded in 1974. It has rescued over 25,000 cats and dogs, and also offers care and provides a safe haven until the right home can be found.

"We are fortunate to have a great community of talented artists on the East End, a lot of whom are ARF adopters," added ARF Executive Director, Scott Howe. "We love that their dogs inspire them and their art. We thank Sara and Ille Arts for including us in this show."
