Filmed in the Hamptons, Million Dollar Beach House will offer a unique behind the scenes look at the area's extremely competitive luxury real estate industry. The Netflix original show, which is already being compared to another binge-worthy reality series - Selling Sunset, will debut on Wednesday, August 26.

Nest Seekers International real estate agent Sara Burack, who specializes in both Manhattan and the Hamptons, will be making several appearances on the highly anticipated Netflix show. We spoke with Burack to learn more about season one, the Hamptons market, and more.

Million Dollar Beach House is already getting some major buzz. What can viewers expect from season one?

SB: Viewers will be taken into the world of the Hamptons where they will see not only beautiful multimillion-dollar beach homes and estates, but will be shown summer in the Hamptons pre-COVID. With scenes from broker open houses, polo games, yacht life and more, there is sure to be an awww from viewers!

What initially drew you to real estate?

SB: My family has a commercial construction material sales business that I spent many years of my life working for. I have always been intrigued by real estate projects and decided to become a broker after my experience as a summer property manager in the summer house I would rent.

How long have you been a part of the Hamptons real estate scene?

SB: I have been spending half the year in the Hamptons for the past 11 years. It was only natural to turn my love for real estate into a blossoming career.

Tell us about some of your most jaw-dropping listings.

SB: I have a South of the highway Equestrian Property listed in Bridgehampton, it is absolutely magnificent! The stunning equestrian facility sits on approximately 18 acres and is comprised of five structures that are configured around a central courtyard. The traditional façades have white clapboard with hunter green standing seam roofs and crimson red window muntins and mullions.

What sets the Hamptons real estate market apart?

SB: The Hamptons market has primarily been a second home market, many buyers use their properties as a getaway or an investment property so they are purchasing homes to reflect this. Buyers go all out with these homes!

The Hamptons real estate market is super hot at the moment. What are buyers looking for?

SB: Buyers are looking for space and yards! With the ability to work from home, many New York City residents are spending more time in the Hamptons and by default want to be able to have their families with them!

When not helping buyers find their perfect home, how do you like to spend your time in the Hamptons?

SB: I love working out and dining out. I can be found at a SoulCycle class or on the streets of Hamptons enjoying the outdoor dining!
