Journalist Sally Quinn, the previous owner, recently released
Finding Magic, a memoir that covers her time spent at the iconic East Hampton home that has a storied 120-year history. "This is a bittersweet moment for me, but I feel grateful that the new owners will cherish the house as much as Ben, Quinn and I did, and that their time there will be as magical as ours was," she said in a statement. Back in 1979 Quinn purchased the property with her husband,
Washington Post executive editor
Ben Bradlee, and the couple completely renovated the estate.
