Once its new owners took over in the early 90s, they embarked on a seven year renovation, which included renovating a barn on the property that now serves as the double-height living room for the four-bedroom home. The improvements also included adding another 4,000 square feet of living space - making the sprawling abode approximately 5,500 finished square feet. The property, which is situated adjacent to 10 acres of town-owned reserve land and just two miles north of East Hampton Village, boasts a French chef's kitchen, four fireplaces, a wine cellar, a swimming pool, pool house, tennis court, separate garage, and a rooftop hot tub that will really impress guests. The shingle-style exterior is complimented by lush, expansive gardens that Patrick Harris and Burtka's precious twins, Harper and Gideon, will no doubt enjoy exploring.
